Headache can be caused by many things but an oxygen saturation of 93% is not likely to cause a headache. Your pulse ox reading is also not likely to indicate heart disease. Possible, among others. Information needed will be, known/unknown heart disease, current symptoms, condition and treatment, previous oxygen saturation values in order to better connect your symptoms in a meaningful way. Your treating doc remains your best reference at this point.
