A month ago, i had a sore throat on my left side. i looked, and found small green stones in my tonsil, which don't smell. since, they have been forming regularly. i also have green mucus in the morning when i wake up, but no runny nose in the day?

You had acute tonsillitis last month, I assume, and you probably have hyperplastic tonsils and those greenish white plugs are common. If you do not have any other symptoms, you do not need treatment.

Sounds like you may have tonsil stones. Treat tonsil stones by frequent gargling, but if they don't go away and you continue to get sore throats, you might need your tonsils taken out.
