Hello doc, whenever i apply some light pressure over my feet and hands i feel pain and while rubbing that spot i can feel that pain, why is that so? thank you?

Pain with light touch, particularly over multiple locations (like hands AND feet AND bilateral) may be indicative of a nerve-related problem (such as neuropathy or Radiculopathy affecting both your Cervical and Lumbosacral Spine). You may want to see a specialist and have a Nerve Conduction Study ordered to evaluate your nervous system. And a Neurology consult would be good!
