I'm having pain on the outside of my left foot near my pinkie toe. it is a very noticeable dull ache whenever i put pressure on my foot when i walk.

Pressure area?: Pain in this area could be due to pressure from walking and perhaps shoes. I've noticed that people tend to have pain in this area from a bump called a tailor's bunion. And sometimes people tend to put more weight than normal on this area when walking. If it doesn't go away, have it checked out.
