Clinical context will be needed in order to interpret an isolated borderline high cell counts result. Your treating doc remains your best reference going forward as that isolated value may or may not be connected to the condition being investigated or treated.

All laboratory results need to be interpreted in the clinical context and the doctor who ordered the tests is usually in the best position to do that. Talk to the doctor who ordered the tests. Having said that, the information you provided is not a cause for concern, per se. Wish you good health!
