I had an upper gi endoscopy done and everything looked fine except my z line was irregular and was 35 cm from the incisors. what could this mean?

Z-line can be regular or irregular (the mark between columnar esophagus and epithelial esophagus and it is usually less than 1 cm from the stomach opening) and the distance from Z-line to the incisors is normal. Your EGD exam result is benign, do not worry.
