Good luck with that: Medical billing is a nightmare! no one here will be able to answer your question. There's too much variation in pricing & in insurance coverage. Your best bet is to call your insur carrier 1st & ask what your costs would be, either as a % of total or as a deductible you have to meet, & then call the doctor's office & ask the cost (realize that the facility & anesthesiologist will bill too).
