Little skinny line that starts from top of the mouth teeth and ends the soft palate, no pain and you can see it if you look at it in a mirror with a torch, its barely raised. and a tiny shade of blue around there, no sex, no drink, no smoke ever?

What you have described sounds within normal limits. If you are concerned about pathology, please have an oral surgeon examine the area and decide if the area will require further study. We will usually wait 2 weeks and reevaluate before biopsy.
