Little slightly raised straight line that starts from top teeth to start of soft palate, the line is pale with a tiny tiny of white, area around is blue. mom has the line too but no blue, no pain or any weird sensations, thoughts?

The linear line may be normal but it is good to see your Dentist and let him evaluate. Many times it does not need any treatment.
