Get checked: These symptoms could be due to heart problems, you should see your doctor and get checked. Possibly ask for referral to heart doctor if continues.

BPs a little low: Fatigue, shortness of breath, and low blood pressure raise the question of a chronic illness but there are many that could do this. From a cardiac perspective, an echocardiogram is certainly indicated. Blood loss, renal insufficiency, hepatic insufficiency, chronic infection, autoimmune diseases, rheumatologic disorders all could do this. If your PCP hasn't done this testing, check with another.
