Chest pain: Chest pain with shortness of breath needs to be evaluated urgently. Go to ER or Urgent Care.

Please seek help from your physician and provide a detailed history so that he/she can analyze your situation in detail. Undergo further testing as recommended . ER is probably not the first choice since you will need a physician to evaluate all your symptoms and arrange for follow up testing and discuss the findings with you detail.
