Not fibromyalgia. What you have sounds like a ‘nervous stomach’. The fact that this one symptom can be controlled so easily, also rules out the systemic facets of fibro. Good,luck

Fibromyalgia is highly likely. It is linked to Irritable Bowel Syndrome that has the above-mentioned gastrointestinal symptoms. Both ate associated with autoimmune diseases and psychiatric disorders.
