Ok, so my ent specialist has prescribed me a 30-day regimen of amitriptyline to treat my migraines (10 mg/day) ive looked in to this meds and im honestly scared to take it after reading about it. are there other alternatives? (non-antidepressant)?

Talk to prescriber: Agree with Dr. Ferguson. This is a common medication choice for chronic pain conditions and quite safe at that dose. Please respect the medical provider who prescribed it enough, to at least discuss your concerns with him/ her (rather than going to complete strangers on the internet).
