What do you think is the best antidepressant for depression, ocd and gad? i've tried citalopram, amitriptyline and cymbalta (duloxetine) so far and nothing .

See below.: U can speak w/ your dr. about a trial of Effexor (venlafaxine) which may help for depression & GAD & to a lesser degree for OCD. Seek a referral to a therapist w/ training & experience in teaching relaxation techniques such as deep breathing, guided imagery & muscle relaxation prior to a trial of exposure and response prevention, systematic desensitization or flooding. Luvox or Anafranil may also help for OCD.
