They will not grow back. Humans have 2 sets of teeth. The set that helps them through infancy when their head/jaws are smaller as are the teeth. The permanent teeth emerge as the baby teeth shed & head/jaw size approaches its final configuration. If you have lost permanent teeth you can find a cosmetic dentist to build a bridge or do synthetic implants. You cannot grow new teeth.

There are no tertiary teeth to replace the teeth that were lost. You have the choice of fixed or removable teeth... discuss with your local dentist.

The standard is that everyone gets 2 sets of teeth, 20 baby teeth followedby 32 permanent teeth. There is no3rd set. So if you loose a permanent tooth, therenis no natural replacement. Your dentist has numerous ways to replace permanent teeth, so go talk to him/her before adjacency nt an t opposing teeth start drifting and tipping n an uncontrolled manner into the extraction sites.
