Possibly: How old is your daughter? Which anterior teeth were extracted, maxillary or mandibular? Average age for secondary tooth eruption on the lower is about 6 yo, 7 yo for the uppers. This can vary widely due to genetic influences. She should be under the care of a pediatric dentist... take her for an examination.

Were x-rays taken: I am assuming the teeth extracted were the upper 4. A general rule of thumb for eruption of the 4 permanent teeth is the root development: if 1/2 of the root is developed then the permanents erupt normal to a bit accelerated. If the is less than 1/2 root development then they are usually delayed. Age of your child during extractions? Was an x-ray taken? Need to see a Pediatric Dentist.

Rotten front teeth: Normal time for eruption of upper front adult teeth is 6-8. Early removal of upper front baby teeth can lead to aberrations in eruption of permanent teeth, speech and/or swallowing adverse changes, and the decayed bay teeth may have damaged the permanent teeth. Please, your child is in need of evaluation by a Pedodontist, a pediatric dental specialist. Please do not ignore this.
