C Below: Ischemic heart disease can present in many ways. A typical scneario would be oppresive chest pain, lasting minutes, relieved by rest or nitroglycerin. In diabetics presentation might be different. Considering your risk factors are important in this case HTN, Low HDL, High LDL, Age, Family HX, Smoking
