Unfortunately neither simple, nor straight forwards. The droop could be a Horner's phenomenon, but this could be behind the eye, in the neck or even upper chest. The eye pain may be a clue. See your ophthalmologist. Consider imaging of brain, and even studies of blood vessels. A neurologist may be involved. Track this fully ASAP.
