Danger: The eyelid drooping is concerning for a partial cranial nerve palsy. You need an eye exam asap to find out what's going on. Sometimes we need to do head imaging and other tests to determine the cause. You need to have your pupils checked out soon as well. Could be an aneurysm.

Consult your PCP: Droopy eye could be due to an underlying medical condition. Constant headache should be evaluated right away with your pcp or neurologist or a pain physician.
