Couple of thoughts..: This sounds like it could involve a branch of the cranial nerves that controls motion of the eye and eyelid on one side of body or the other. But, damage to this nerve due to external pressure would be highly unlikely because it is mostly behind the eye. Also, with true palsy (weakness) you'd expect double vision, not blurred. Pressure could cause simple muscle fatigue. Get exam if persists.
