Suffering from head aches, especially a sharp pain behind my left eye (like "brain freeze" just worse) accompanied by swelling of the left eye and a drooping eyelid. had a black out 2 days ago, and since then the eye started to droop.

See Dr urgently!: Headache accompanied by one sided facial muscle changes can be a sign of a stroke. You should see a Dr ASAP and be evaluated thoroughly! A thorough exam and testing/imaging can identify any underlying medical conditions which can then be treated. Delay in treatment can lead to life-threatening complications.
