I had mri scans after severe period pain and pain in abdomen through whole month, with dull back ache and also pain with bowel movements and they saw nothing? what can i do? i dont know what else to do im worried its serious?

Understanding, abdominal or pelvic l pain , as with any symptoms starts out with the classic clinical picture. What is the history of the patient, (how longs, what makes it worse/better, health factors, etc) and the examination. An MRI has no benefit without this information. So more information is needed to answer your question.
