Having cramp during first day of period, severe painful bowel movement during first 2-3 days of period. should i get help?

It depends: It depends if this continues on for a couple more days and if it gets worse over time. Cramping and pain are common symptoms of menstrual cramps and perhaps this is just a bad month. But if you have vaginal discharge that is not normal (white, odor, cream in color), have fevers, or painful urinations then yes you should see a physician for a check up.
