It depends: It depends if this continues on for a couple more days and if it gets worse over time. Cramping and pain are common symptoms of menstrual cramps and perhaps this is just a bad month. But if you have vaginal discharge that is not normal (white, odor, cream in color), have fevers, or painful urinations then yes you should see a physician for a check up.

Yes, especially if: Your worry is becoming annoying to you. Anything severely painful is not good and until you know a cause that's not too serious, it can be scary. Drink more water to avoid constipation and have a GP or OBGYN exam. I hope it's easy to relieve. Best!
