Yes. There are no medications known to interfere with COVID-19 vaccine effectiveness or increase the chance of side effects. Assuming you have asthma -- the main reason for Dupixent treatment -- you're at higher risk for serious COVID-19 and should get vaccinated as soon as it is available to you. Good luck!
