You don't mention your symptoms. Your statements are somewhat confusing. Diverticulitis is an inflammatory state of the descending colon &causes symptoms. Diverticulosis,on the other hand, may be silent. IBS isn't ruled out by colonoscopy & is a clinical diagnosis. Pain in RUQ can be caused by stones in bile ducts or liver inflammation.
