The obstruction or "partial obstruction" of a fallopian tube are best treated by direct visualization afforded by a laparoscopy, to make sure that adhesions are not interfering with attempted conception. If the "0.3 cm" blockage is at the end of the tube near the ovary, surgical removal of the obstruction can result in an open tube.
