Is it safe to take the covid-19 vaccine even though i have urinary problems like emptying my bladder due to prostatitis?

I would if this were my history. There is no indication that this or other vaccines would aggravate or be otherwise influenced by simple health problems like you mention. You are in an age group where the covid does not appear to cause major harm, yet it is important to avoid the disease & never become an asymptomatic carrier that could spread it to those you care about & others.

This is not a contraindication for COVID 19 vaccination.
