I was operated from bladder neck stenosis, because i was unable to urinate. everything was fine. when i got the second needle covid vaccine i began to have urinary problems on the same day. it is very hard to urinate. can i do something about that?

The urinary problems may have little to do with the second COVID vaccination shot. Suggest seeing your physician for an exam and other testing.

I wonder how long did you have the urologic surgery? Apply warm water to the bladder area may help. If you could not void at all and feel full and discomfort in the hypogastric area (the area below the navel to your genital organ) you have to go to urgent care for help. I am not sure if this is a coincidence or it is a rare adverse effect of Covid-19 vaccine.

Stenosis of the neck had neck pain. Doctor did cat scan or MRI not sure which one. Scan showed 3 of the disks wirh severe stenosis the others mild. Scan was sent to neurosugeon. He said he could not operate, gave no reason. Was told to see pain doctor.
