Is it GERD?: Sounds like your doctor thought you have gastroesophageal reflux disease which is common. Typically it produces heartburn, belching, and maybe stomach pain. Pantoprazole is the right drug for this condition. It should not cause "heart problem, lower back soreness, or weird feeling from the shoulder. The good dose of Pantoprazole is not working and you have symptoms unrelated to GER, go to your doc

Exam needed: Refux doesn't cause heart problems or lower back pain. Shoulder discomfort may be referred from esophageal motility disorder and acid reflux may play a role. Since you're also experiencing stomach pains, inflammation of the stomach lining, peptic ulcer or pancreatic pathology are possibilities. After 2 months of symptoms, it's time for a gi evaluation. I recommend consulting a gastroenterologist.
