Having extreme pain in my stomach, chest and back from last few months. i get relief taking meds. then in few days, it starts again. please suggest the measures?

need more information what does the pain feel like, where does it start, what makes it better and what makes it worse. Is it associated with nausea, vomiting, fever, chills and what medication that take improves the pain and for how long also have you lost weight?. you need a good face to face exam, blood work and imaging studies to sort out your pain. The list of possibilities is diverse

The only meaningful way would be to have your condition diagnosed properly. There are many conditions that can cause pain the way you describe it and tests will likely be needed. Starting with your primary care doc will be best. If already established with a gastroenterologist that will be a good alternative.
