A member asked:

I have seronegative sjgren's syndrome, recently i was tested for anti-tpo and anti-tg. my anti-tpo and anti-tg came back high, with low tsh, normal t3 dan normal ft4 levels. what could this possibly mean?

You don't mention any symptoms. I believe those elevated antibodies are consistent with inflammation in the thyroid gland, but a thyroidologist or endocrinologist would have to interpret the significance of the low TSH which could be from release of thyroid hormones due to the inflammation of the thyroid gland. The normal FT4 &T3 may have been transiently elevated and are headed to low territory.
