My son is 3 and started nursery school on the 1st march 2021 he is not a sickly child, but this past week he's been vomiting and has a running tummy with no fever . do i see a gp or pediatrician?

He is sick, he has caught some bug. Keep him home, watch his temperature, if it gets high (100 +) call you doctor, otherwise tuck him up in bed, feed him well with pleanty of fluids and watch his body heal. Children are remarkable resilient.
