My 22 month son has just started nursery school 5 days. the last week his been flush and fever. today his been throwing up all his food ?

Common: Simple gut viruses are common to kids in day care & those with fever/vomiting are expected 2-3X/yr. Simple management to assure access to fluids (ice chips, applesauce, rehydration fluids,etc) are the main management. As long as he can pee every 6-8 hrs he is not dehydrated.
