I'll answer your second question first as that is an easy answer - YES, GET THE VACCINE! You are far enough from your primary infection to get vaccine, and that can only help your immune system be better able to fight off variants. And having an hour underlying respiratory condition makes it even more essential to get vaccine. Your first question, we don't know yet if you can get reinfected.??

After the initial infection, the antibodies against the virus SARS Cov-2 have been detected up to 6 months later. The vaccine is still recommended and cases of reinfection have been reported.
