COVID 19 vaccine: I found several articles addressing this but none from CDC. “CDC is warning people to hold off on taking Tylenol or Motrin (NSAIDs) before getting a COVID-19 vaccination.” REF: https://www.wtrf.com/news/health/coronavirus/cdc-gives-guidance-on-motrin-and-tylenol-with-covid-19-vaccine/ * Some doctors. have recommended against antihistamines beforehand but I have not seen CDC comments on this.

Immune response : Immune SUPPRESSION prevents a vaccine from working, and immune modulation may or may not affect response. Anti-inflammatory drugs decrease pain of injection site but likely do not blunt immune stimulation. CDC guidelines try to insure no roadblocks but may be a degree of extra caution!
