A member asked:

Is it safe to do kegel exercises using kegel balls when i don't have any urinary troubles or have never given birth before?

A doctor has provided 1 answer

Kegel exercises are voluntary contractions of pelvic floor muscles, which strengthen passive control if urinary incontinence issues are present. Without symptoms of incontinence, the exercises are safe but with only social purposes with regard to sexual relations.
