Three months after the birth of my second child i've been experience pain and pressure in my mons pubis area, and my urethra sphincter has been weak. i'm doing kegal exercises, but it's not helping. do you think i need to make an appointment?

I'd recommend it.: It sounds like you have two separate issues lingering after your delivery. Although things may improve without intervention, i'd recommend seeing your gynecologist for evaluation: your symptoms can be followed & further therapy recommended if necessary. Symphysis pubis dysfunction is common post-partum, as is stress urinary incontinence. Things are often easier if you team up with your doctors.
