Pelvic Floor Issues: Reading this and your other health-tap Q, it sounds like you may have pelvic floor dysfunction with a mix of weak and tight muscles. Pelvic floor dysfunction is very treatable. A good place to start is to see a physiotherapist who specialises in pelvic issues for assessment and a more tailored programme than just kegels. Ask your GP for a referral to a specialist women's health physio. Good luck!
