Can clonazopam affect cholesterol? i have gotten all my numbers normal except hdl and ldl. im a thin person who eats very healthy. is it my meds? i take them for rem sleeping disorder?

I wouldn't attribute cholesterol elevation or abnormal HDL&LDL to clonazepam. I recommend rechecking your full lipid panel in 6 weeks and continuing a diet low in cholesterol and saturated fats. I assume your triglycerides are ok.

Continue as advised for sleep disorder. Your meds are not causing lipid issues which do need attention separately
