Yes, take the child to his Emergency Department (Casualty). Depending on the age, this can be toxic to the child's liver or kidneys. It can also cause heart arrhythmias. The Dr will be able to monitor the heart and check blood liver enzyme levels and offer a course of treatment. (Hemoperfusion usually) to help the child recover.
