Lots of options: Amitiptylene has a lot of side effects and if you don't like how you feel on this dose, DO NOT increase the dose. First, make sure the diagnosis is correct since there are many things that can cause similar symptoms and those have a totally different treatment plan. Seek out a pain management physician for consultation to be sure and to evaluate all your options.
