My husband had quadruple bypass almost 4 years ago. he has a pain on upper lhs of his heart. bp, oxygen and temp normal. he does not want to go to hospital. started this morning. not cramps?

Call his cardiologist and see what he or she says to do. He definitely should get an EKG to see if that shows any changes. If the pain worsens or if he develops other symptoms like shortness of breath, nausea, sweatiness, etc. then he will need to go to the ER. Hope his cardiologist can help! I do not understand what “upper LHS” stands for. If he had coronary bypass in the past, he should be seen and evaluated by a cardiologist and a decision made as to further steps. Please persuade your husband to follow this advice.
