Red fingernails don't know for how long they were red as i didn't notice until 5 days ago maybe they were always were red... had heart echo few months ago that was fine and tested my oxygen level which was also ok keep in mind going to hospital risky?

Fingernails: Healthy fingernails are pink. If deep red, too rich a red cell count could be the cause. A simple blood count(cbc) would rule that out if you're still concerned.
