The doctor who helped me asked me to do something and i cant do it. i dont want to chat with another doctor because ill get charged again. i wasnt even helped the first time?

Would suggest seeing your current primary care doc or establishing with a local physician in order to have a proper exam and having your issues addressed. If experiencing significant financial limitations, a community clinic affiliated with the medical school may be your best alternative.
