My non hdl cholesterol was above healthy levels. but my hdl particles were very healthy. what does this mean? besides that i need to eat better and exercise more?

Eliminate trans fatty acids & lower saturated fats in your diet. Eat foods rich in omega-3 fatty acids such as walnuts & salmon. Increase soluble fiber in your diet which is found in apples & oatmeal. Only drink alcohol in moderation, don't smoke, & maintain a good weight. And get moderate exercise for about 30 minutes 5 days a week. And follow up cholesterol level checks. I wish you well!
