Not diagnosed with lupus yet pstive ana/dsdna several minor symptoms. recently bp drops to 100/60 feel dizzy/chst tight sharp pain/headache thoughts?

See details: A BP of 100/60 is not really low and has no relationship to the positive blood tests. Headaches are also unrelated to lupus. It sound as if anxiety may be playing a role.
