You posted on the Free Public Health Education site for HealthTap where we do not diagnosis, treat or refer. I would encourage you to contact his doctor directly. Lab testing is likely to be required. Take care

Agree with Dr Ferguson. Suggest if there is concern regarding urinary infection, see your doctor and obtain urinalysis and culture and sensitivity. A neurologist could help with the "dementia".
