You have several symptoms of a Deep Vein Thrombosis (blood clot in the leg). This is a serious condition because pieces of the clot can break off with any movement and travel to your lungs where they can obstruct the blood flow to a part of your lung. Treatment must be initiated ASAP and needs to be done in a Hospital setting. They will use various blood thinners and other medications.

I agree that this can be a serious blood clot in the leg and should be evaluated at the emergency room. There are other possibilities, such as metabolic /mineral disorders, thyroid storm, acidosis which also should be evaluated in the emergency room
