There is a probability that i have a compressed tractor of the vertebrae. i also have bad scoliosis. im waiting to get x-ray. what is normally the treatment? would there be a need to go to the emergency room?

An ER physician likely just would x-ray you (if needed) and see if your condition was relatively stable before referring you on to a spinal surgeon for an outpatient consult. During the consultation they would discuss the relative risks/benefit of any treatment all based on what they find. For some, nothing beyond pain management is the option many choose.

If there is truly a compressed vertebral body causing symptoms, a kyphoplasty procedure may be considered. An orthopedic spine surgeon would be an appropriate resource.
